A life-long resident of LaSalle County Illinois, with more than 25 years of election experience, Charlie has worked side by side with state, county and union election leaders throughout Illinois, Indiana, New York, Boston, Washington DC, Dallas - and beyond. He has helped manage all facets of primary, general, special elections and more – from beginning to end – with equipment and software set-up, testing and certification, ballot creation, staff and poll worker volunteer recruitment and training, and election day services and support – to final election reports and certifications.
