About Charlie
A life-long resident of LaSalle County Illinois, with more than 25 years of election experience, Charlie knows first hand how to run elections and successful businesses. Mitchell has worked side by side as an independent, self-employed election services contractor with state, county and union election leaders throughout Illinois, Indiana, New York, Boston, Washington DC, Dallas - and beyond. He has helped manage all facets of primary, general, special elections and more – from beginning to end – with equipment and software set-up, testing and certifications, ballot creation, staff and poll worker volunteer recruitment and training, and election day services and support – to final election reports and certifications. He understands, respects and follows all state and federal election laws with professionalism, dignity and respect. Bachelors Degree in Business
Born and raised in Ottawa, Illinois, and a life-long resident of LaSalle County, Charlie attended and graduated from Marquette High School and IVCC. He then went on to receive his Bachelors Degree in Business at the University of Dubuque. Here, his studies focused on Business and Marketing, in addition to his life long passion – Aviation.
Charlie resides in Ottawa with his wife, Diane, where they raised their 2 sons, Max and Jake.
