Qualified Experience

Born and raised in Ottawa, Illinois, Charlie attended and graduated from Marquette High School and IVCC. He received his degrees at the University of Dubuque where his studies focused on Business and Marketing, in addition to his life long passion – Aviation. 

As an Election Services Contractor, Charlie has worked sided by side with county and union election leaders throughout Illinois, Indiana, New York, Washington DC, Dallas and beyond. He has helped managed all facets of elections – from beginning to end – with equipment and software set-up, testing and certification – to ballot creation, staff and volunteer recruitment and training, election day services and support – to final election certifications. He understands and abides by all state and federal election laws with professionalism, dignity and integrity – and has done so for more than 25 years.

Charlie has been married to Diane for 25 years. Together they have two sons, Max and Jake.
